Jeff The Killer: IS it possible?!

So there's been a lot of question about whether Jeff The Killer is real or not. What do I think on it? Well that's not exactly important right now. I'll get to it soon though.
Jeff The Killer is admired by fangirls across the world. You need to slow down a bit though (I would've put "but" as the first word of this sentence but got lectured by my friend) because Jeffrey (yes I'm calling him that, get over it) is now twenty to twenty-one years old. Yes I get it, you girlies like him and his albino sexiness (Well that escalated quickly) but it's illegal for you kiddies. Not all, but most.
Now this isn't all just age, my dears. Searching for Jeff The Killer, who may or may not be real, is very tricky. Not only may he be fake, a figment of some authors sick and twisted imagination, but he may also be dead. The security tape footage put up, then quickly taken down by YouTube for unknown reasons, shows Jeff clearly in the short video. I haven't seen the video myself, however, so I cannot say whether it's fake or not. Sorry. The photos shown that are supposedly from the mysterious video are not the work of an amateur and so that leaves us with two possibilities, either it's real or created by someone with lots of experience (or free time). Of course I'd like to believe it's real but... No one can know for sure, can they? Now I guess there haven't been any more video appearances by Jeff since then but it seemed it fuelled everyone's "encounter tales". I'm not counting that one video with the kids in the field at night because no one can say for sure if it was him or not and if they were that close... They'd be dead XP. Now, back to the encounter tales. Everyone has been saying in comments and on YouTube videos of their own that they have had a "close encounter" with the famous, and very talented, Jeff The Killer. Would Jeff really let all those people live? He's not like SlenderMan, stalking his prey for months before actually deciding to end it. Plus Jeff is insane. He would not let you get away that easily, now would he? So, let us ask the question, is it possible? By that I mean is it possible for him to exist. I believe in the story of his hair becoming raven black and his skin becoming leathery and snow white, but what about everything else? He could cut himself in his mouth but how long could he last like that? He could bleed out, especially if he kept cutting the same area over and over again. What about his eyes? The eyelids and eyelashes protect us from bacteria and radiation (which can be categorized as sunlight or anything that gives of waves of particles) which means he could easily go blind or get an infection that could travel to his brain, or bloodstream, and kill him. So now that I've fried everyone's brains and hopes and dreams (I don't care if there are two "ands" I have given up on caring) let's go through to a more positive note. Jeff could be coming to your house tonight, you lucky duckies. You get to stare at his body for a good minute (maybe even a minute and a half if you're lucky) before he slices you open. ;)
